250.00 g kersietamaties
250.00 g halloumi cheese
35.00 ml fresh lime juice

Method:

1. Verhit 250 ml groente-aftreksel en 10 ml olyfolie in ‘n kastrol tot kookpunt.
Verwyder van plaat en voeg 250 ml koeskoes by. Roer deur en plaas deksel op. Laat vir 5 minute staan tot geswel. Roer deur met ‘n vurk en maak terselfdertyd koeskoes los. Dreineer ‘n blik keker-ertjies en voeg dit by. Meng 100 ml olyfolie, 35 ml lemmetjiesap, 2 gekneusde knoffelhuisies en bietjie suiker na smaak by en roer die helfte hiervan deur die koeskoes.
Verhit 15 ml olyfolie in ‘n groot braaipan en braai 300 g murgpampoentjies, in repies gesny, by tot goudbruin. Braai 250 g kersietamaties tot sag en skilletjies net wil begin oopbars. Skep dit saam met murgpampoentjies bo-op koeskoes.
Gooi ‘n bietjie olie in pan en panbraai 250 g Halloumi, in repies gesny, tot bros en goudbruin. Skep bo-op groente. Drup oorblywende slaaisous oor en garneer met vars gekapte mentblare.
