    papaya shavings
  • 1

    cucumber - julienned
  • 1
    cup
    daikon radish - julienned
  • 1
    cup
    fresh coriander - roughly chopped
  • 1
    Tbs
    fresh chilli - thinly sliced
  • 1
    Tbs
    fresh ginger - minced
  • 1
    Tbs
    garlic - minced
  • 1
    Tbs
    lime or lemon zest
  • 2
    Tbs
    lime or lemon juice
  • 1
    Tbs
    oil, light sesame or macadamia
  • 1/4
    tsp
    salt

Toss everything together and allow to marinate for about 30 minutes, turning over every now and again.
