Ingredients (11)

1 cup papaya — shavings
1 cup cucumber — julienned
1 cup daikon — julienned
1 cup fresh coriander — roughly chopped
1 Tbs fresh chillies — thinly sliced
1 Tbs fresh ginger — minced
1 Tbs garlic — cloves, minced
1 Tbs lime — or lemon, zest onlly
2 Tbs lemon juice — or fresh lime juice
1 Tbs oil — sesame or macadamia
1/4 tsp salt

Method:

Toss everything together and allow to marinate for about 30 minutes, turning over every now and again.
