Soft white whipped cheese with sticky vanilla

    (1 cup) créme fraîche
  • 250
    ml
    (1 cup) cream cheese
  • 2
    sticky vanilla: vanilla pods, split
  • 150
    ml
    (3/5cup) dessert wine
  • 350
    g
    castor sugar
 

Method

Whip the icing sugar, créme fraîche and cream cheese together. Serve a dollop in little glasses or on plates drizzled with the sticky vanilla syrup. Sticky vanilla: Place the vanilla pods, wine and sugar in a saucepan. Heat over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Leave to cool down and chill until ready to use.
