Soft-boiled eggs

Bring a saucepan with water to the boil and boil rapidly for about 1 minute. Remove from the heat and carefully place the eggs in the water. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before removing with a slotted spoon. Place the eggs in the egg cups, and serve with toast, salt and black pepper.
