Snoek tart in a jiffy

    milk

    extra-large egg

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Spray a small oven dish with non-stick spray. Sauté the onion in a little oil until tender and add the flaked snoek. Mix and spoon into the prepared oven dish. Sift the cake flour, baking powder and salt together and rub in the butter. Whisk the milk and egg together. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour over the snoek and bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is brown. Serve with a salad. Serves 3.
