Snoek paté

Ingredients

  • 60
    g
    butter
  • 1
    onion
  • 250
    g
    smoked snoek
  • 5
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 5
    ml
    grated lemon rind
  • 60
    ml
    cream
 

Method

3 minutes
 
Heat butter in a saucepan and sautT onion until soft. Add the remaining Ingredients and mix well. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Transfer mixture to food processor and blend until well combined, but still chunky.
Spoon the paté into small dishes and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with wholewheat bread.
