300.00 g snoek — smoked
10.00 baby potatoes
4.00 eggs — hard-boiled
200.00 g green beans
150.00 g cherry tomatoes — halved
8.00 anchovy fillets
1.00 olives — black
3.00 spring onions — chopped
30.00 ml capers

Method:

Kook die eiers hard. My manier om eiers te kook sonder hulle oopbars, is om dit in koue water te sit en dan tot kookpunt te bring. Kook vir so 8 minute en laat staan vir so 2 minute in die water. Laat dit afkoel voordat jy die dop afhaal. Kook die klein aartappeltjies tot net gaar, moet dit asseblief nie pap kook nie! Stoom of kook boontjies tot net gaar, die boontjie moet nog krakerig wees. Die res van die slaai is nou maklik – gewoonlik maak ek die slaai op ‘n grood bord en dan help almal hulself. Basies voeg jy nou alles bymekaar, en gooi die vinaigrette oor net voordat jy dit voorsit. Geniet ‘n baie lekker afwisseling op die tuna.
