Smoothie (fruit whip)

    2 to 3 fruits of your choice (to make 2 cups of fruit chunks in total)
  • 0
    175 ml low—fat yoghurt, fruit or vanilla (1 small tub)
  • 0
    85 ml low—fat milk (1/3 c, or ½ yoghurt tub)


1.Wash all the fruit and remove any pips, then cut the fruit into chunks.
2.Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
3.Pour into 4 glasses and enjoy.
