Smoking in Manhattan Mixologist World Class 2013

    ml
    Lapsang souchong infused Talisker 10YO
  • 25
    ml
    Martini Rosso
  • 12.5
    ml
    Campari
  • 12.5
    ml
    Cherry liqueur
  • 12.5
    ml
    Johnny’s orange, grapefruit, cinnamon and agave bitters
 

Method

 
The Talisker
Place 30g of loose Lapsang Souching tea leaves in a 750ml bottle of Talisker.

Infuse for 24 hours.

Proceed to fine strain and place back into the bottle.

Drink:

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.

Stir and strain.

Garnish:

Orange twist.
