Smoked venison salad

    smoked venison fillet, thinly sliced
  • 2
    mixed lettuce leaves
  • 100
    ml
    toasted pine nuts
  • 125
    ml
    olive oil
  • 50
    ml
    balsamic vinegar
  • 15
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 1
    ml
    salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Arrange the meat slices on the lettuce leaves and scatter the pine nuts on top. Blend the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and sprinkle over the salad.
