150.00 g springbok — smoked
salad greens
fresh basil — and fennel
raisins
SALAD DRESSING
200.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
20.00 ml orange juice
5.00 ml Tabasco sauce

Method:

Arrange the meat on a safari platter along with the salad greens, basil and fennel. Scatter the raisins on top.
Blend the ingredients for the salad dressing and sprinkle over the salad.
Serves 2-4.
