Ingredients (9)

500.00 g snoek — smoked, flaked
black pepper — freshly ground
lemon juice
250.00 g cottage cheese — with chives
1.00 onion — small, chopped
50.00 ml fresh parsley — finely chopped
10.00 ml lemon — zest only
10.00 ml capers — finely chopped
125.00 ml mayonnaise

Method:

Season the snoek with pepper and lemon juice to taste. Add the cottage cheese and onion and mix. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Chill until needed.
Makes about 4 x 250 ml.
