    smoked smoked snoek - flecked and pin bones removed
  • 400

    cream cheese - smooth
  • 1/4
    bunch of dill
  • 200
    ml
    cream
  • 30
    g
    Maldon sea salt
  • 25
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 2
    g
    cracked white pepper
 

Method

Blitz in Thermomix until smooth.

Transfer mix into a disposable piping bag and use as necessary.

Serve with bruschetta or Melba toasts as a snack or starter.
