Ingredients (7)

400 g snoek
400 g cream cheese — smooth
1/4 fresh dill
200 ml cream
30 g Maldon salt
25 ml lemon juice
2 g peppercorns — white, cracked

Method:

Blitz in Thermomix until smooth.

Transfer mix into a disposable piping bag and use as necessary.

Serve with bruschetta or Melba toasts as a snack or starter.
