Smoked snoek paté

Ingredients

  • 200
    g
    smoked snoek, flaked with bones removed
  • 60
    ml
    butter
  • 60
    ml
    cream
  • 30
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 2
    ml
    thyme
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • wholewheat bread to serve
 

Method

 
Mash all paté ingredients together or blend in a food processor until smooth.
Spoon into a small serving dish and chill until ready to serve.
Serve with wholewheat bread.
