Smoked snoek 'n mayo stack

    smoked snoek, removed from the bone and shredded
  • 125
    light mayo
  • 3
    spring onions, sliced
  • A squeeze of lemon
  • Salt and pepper


5 mins
Mix all your ingredients together.
Layer onto melba toast.
Garnish with wild rocket and mini Italian tomatoes.
