Smoked snoek bake

    smoked snoek, flaked

    peas
  • 250
    ml
    cooked spaghetti, drained
  • 15

    finely grated onion
  • 410
    g
    cream of celery soup
  • 85
    ml
    milk
  • 190
    ml
    breadcrumbs
  • 50
    ml
    Cheddar cheese, grated
  • butter
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 190 ºC and butter a 25 cm oven dish or spray with non-stick spray. Lightly mix the snoek, peas, spaghetti and onion. Mix the soup and milk and add to the snoek mixture. Turn into the prepared oven dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated cheese, dot with butter and bake for about 20-30 minutes until golden brown and done. Serve with a green salad and fresh bread rolls. Serves 4-6.
