Ingredients (8)

180.00 g salmon — smoked
15.00 ml lemon juice
freshly ground black pepper — pinch
65.00 ml mayonnaise
250.00 g cottage cheese — creamed
5.00 ml dried dill
lemon — wedges, to garnish
dill — fresh, to garnish

Method:

Cut the salmon into small pieces with kitchen scissors. Sprinkle with lemon juice and black pepper. Add the mayonnaise, creamed cottage cheese and dill and mix well with a wooden spoon.
Chill for 2 hours, garnish with lemon wedges and fresh sprigs of dill and serve. Makes 375 ml (1 1/2 c) spread.
