Smoked salmon packets

    smoked salmon
  • 200
    g
    cooked, slightly sticky rice
  • 30

    cooked wild rice
  • 7
    ml
    mustard
  • 7
    ml
    mild horseradish
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • fresh chive stems
  • 110
    g
    salmon caviar
 

Method

 
1. Place a slice of smoked salmon on a chopping board. Mix the rice with mustard, horseradish and seasoning, and spoon some of the rice onto the middle of the salmon. Fold over the edges of the salmon as if you were wrapping a present. Tie with fresh chives. 2. Repeat with the remaining rice and smoked salmon slices. Garnish with salmon caviar.
