Ingredients (6)

1.00 bread — rye sliced
40.00 g smoked salmon
cucumber — thinly sliced
lettuce
lemon — thinly sliced
fresh dill — to garnish

Method:

Cut out bread circles using a biscuit cutter.
Arrange the cucumber slices in a circle on a side plate and place the bread and lettuce on top.
Top with the smoked salmon, securing with a cocktail stick if necessary.
Garnish with a rolled-up lemon slice and sprig of dill.
