Smoked salmon on rye

    slice rye bread per person
  • 40
    smoked salmon per person
  • few thin slices cucumber
  • curly lettuce leaves
  • thin slices of lemon
  • fresh dill for garnishing


Cut out bread circles using a biscuit cutter. Arrange the cucumber slices in a circle on a side plate and place the bread and lettuce on top. Top with the smoked salmon, securing with a cocktail stick if necessary. Garnish with a rolled-up lemon slice and sprig of dill.
