Ingredients (16)

1.00 lettuce — iceberg salad
1.00 lettuce — butter
1.00 cucumber — English, thinly sliced
1.00 green pepper — cut into strips
1.00 red pepper — sliced
1.00 cherry tomatoes — halved
5.00 button mushrooms — sliced
125.00 g salmon — smoked, cut into strips
DRESSING
50.00 ml soy sauce
50.00 ml oil
50.00 g brown sugar
125.00 ml vinegar — white garpe
5.00 ml sesame oil
SYRUP
12.00 ml curry powder
35.00 ml peanut butter
Tabasco sauce

Method:

1. Use a large shallow wooden or glass platter. Place lettuce, cucumber, green and red pepper and mushroom on the platter.
2. Add tomatoes, followed by strips of smoked salmon. Do not toss.
DRESSING
3. Place all ingredients in a liquidiser and process. Pour over salad just before serving.
Serves 4.
