250.00 g rosa tomatoes
500.00 ml rooibos — tea leaves

Method:

Sprinkle loose rooibos tea leaves in a smoker.
Place tomatoes on grid, cover and smoke for 5 minutes – not longer.
Serve with skin on or removed.
