chicken breast fillets — smoked, thinly sliced
tomatoes — coarsely chopped
cucumber — slices
canned pineapple rings — fresh
pecan nuts — coarsely chopped
olives
cherry tomatoes
fresh dill
SALSA
250.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
10.00 ml pineapple — juice
2.00 pineapple — tinned rings
1.00 tomatoes
1.00 onion
1.00 fresh dill
5.00 ml garlic — cloves, chopped
1.00 red chilli
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Arrange salad ingredients on a platter or in a bowl.
Process salsa ingredients in a food processor until well blended and season to taste.
Serve with smoked chicken salad (see recipe).
