Smoked beef and olive calzone

Heat olive oil in a deep pan and sauté onion for about five minutes or until soft.
Add chilli and garlic and cook for two minutes.
Remove from heat and toss into a bowl with the olives and smoked beef strips.
Spread mixture on bottom half of the pizza circle, top with cheeses and season.
Wet edges with a little water, fold over and seal calzone like an omelette.
Oil the top and bake in a preheated 240 °C oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
Serve with a green salad.
Cook's note: There's a lot of salt in the olives nd smoked beef, so rather add to taste once it's cooked.
