Ingredients (8)

1 chicken breast fillets — smoked, thinly sliced
1 pears — thinly sliced
1 spring onions — thinly sliced
100 g salad greens
125 ml cottage cheese — smooth
fresh chillies — 573
lemon — zest only
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Arrange
the chicken, pear, spring onion and greens onto a plate/platter.

Place
dollops of cottage cheese onto the salad.

Drizzle
lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with zest, salt and pepper.

Delish
with baked potato or crusty bread.
