    self-raising flour

    soft brown sugar
  • 180

    oats
  • 100

    almond flakes
  • 100
    g
    coconut
  • 40
    g
    bran
  • 2
    ml
    salt
  • 75
    g
    seedless raisins
  • 250
    g
    margarine
  • 12
    ml
    honey
 

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

Grease a 40 x 27 x 2 cm Swiss roll pan or spray it with non-stick cooking spray.

Mix the self-raising flour, brown sugar, oats, almond flakes, coconut, bran, salt and raisins.

Melt the margarine and honey together over a low heat. Mix the flour mixture with it.

Press down into the pan using the back of a spoon.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes until light brown.

Cut into 7 x 3,5 cm rectangles while still warm.

Allow to cool in the pan before lifting them out carefully.
