Fry the chicken skewers in a lightly oiled pan until the meat is golden and cooked through.
Sauté the onion and curry powder in a separate pan until the onion becomes transucent.
Add the peanut butter, sugar, soya sauce and milk to the onion and simmer until the sauce starts to thicken.
Pour the sauce over athe chicken and serve with pasta, garnished with bean sprouts.
