Ingredients (5)

8.00 wooden skewers
24.00 french loaf — sliced
12.00 ham — slices, halved
24.00 cucumber — sliced
3.00 red pepper — quartered

Method:

Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Thread a piece of bread onto each skewer, followed by a folded half slice of ham, then a piece of cucumber, ending with a piece of red pepper.
Repeat twice more for each skewer.
Place under a hot grill until all sides are toasted.
Serve with a green salad if desired.
