    g
    sjokolade
  • 300
    ml
    room
  • 30
    ml
    brandewyn
  • 30
    ml
    kakao, gesif

Smelt die sjokolade in 'n glasbak oor kookwater. Verhit die room en brandewyn effens. Voeg by die gesmelte sjokolade. Roer goed. Voeg die kakao by en meng goed. Gooi in 'n klein ronde koekpannetjie van sowat 10 cm - onthou om die pannetjie met bakpapier uit te voer. Laat in die yskas afkoel tot styf. Hou dit sommer in die yskas dat dit nie te sag word nie. Sny in klein skywe en versier met blommetjies.
