Ingredients (6)

150.00 g butter
150.00 g flour — cake
100.00 ml sugar
30.00 ml lemon — peeled and grated
30.00 plums
125.00 ml sugar

Method:

Crumble butter, flour and sugar together and press dough gently into base and sides of a 22 cm diameter pie dish. Sprinkle with lemon peel
Stone plums and place, inverted, very closely together over dough and sprinkle thoroughly with sugar.
Bake at 200 ºC on bottom shelf of oven until pastry is golden and plums soft, about 30 minutes.
Serve with chilled thick cream mixed with a dash of yoghurt.
