Simple plum bake

    sugar

    grated lemon peel

    plums

    ml

Method

 
Crumble butter, flour and sugar together and press dough gently into base and sides of a 22 cm diameter pie dish. Sprinkle with lemon peel Stone plums and place, inverted, very closely together over dough and sprinkle thoroughly with sugar. Bake at 200 ºC on bottom shelf of oven until pastry is golden and plums soft, about 30 minutes. Serve with chilled thick cream mixed with a dash of yoghurt. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 11 205 kJ (2 680 Cal). A portion: 1 870 kJ (445 Cal).
