    samp
  • 1
    kg
    beef, diced
  • 375
    ml
    crushed peanuts
  • 500
    ml
    shredded cabbage
  • 2
    tomatoes, diced
  • 125
    ml
    oil
 

Method

 
Soak samp overnight in cold water. Cook samp until soft, about one hour. In another pot, heat oil and brown the beef, add tomatoes, cabbage, crushed peanuts, salt and pepper to taste. Stew for 15 minutes. Serve with samp. Serves 6-8.
