Ingredients (6)

375.00 ml samp
1.00 kg beef — diced
375.00 ml peanuts — crushed
500.00 ml cabbage — shredded
2.00 tomatoes — diced
125.00 ml oil

Method:

Soak samp overnight in cold water. Cook samp until soft, about one hour. In another pot, heat oil and brown the beef, add tomatoes, cabbage, crushed peanuts, salt and pepper to taste. Stew for 15 minutes. Serve with samp.
Serves 6-8.
