Shrimp on a bed of quinoa and peas

Ingredients (7)

225 g shrimps — precooked
Marinade:
garlic — cloves, crushed
fresh chillies — 573
lemon juice
cayenne pepper
mixed herbs
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Mix all the marinade ingredients together and let the shrimp soak for about
three hours.
A quick toss in the pan to heat up.
Add touch of maizena to
thicken the sauce.
Serve over a bed of quinoa and peas.
Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over the top.
