Ingredients (10)

500.00 g beef — fillet or rump
30.00 ml oyster sauce
45.00 ml soy sauce — light
0.00 sugar — pinch
0.00 salt and white pepper
0.00 oil — for frying
5.00 garlic — cloves
5.00 cm fresh ginger
5.00 cayenne pepper
0.00 sugar snap peas — sliced

Method:

Combine beef, sugar, oyster and soy sauce and season to taste. Set aside and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a large wok or non-stick pan and sauté garlic, ginger and chillies for a minute or two.
Add beef and vegetables and stir fry over high heat until cooked (about 5 minutes).
Serve hot on its own or with fragrant rice or boiled noodles.
