    milk

    baking powder

    salt

    vanilla flavouring

    eggs
 

Method

 
Measure all the ingredients into a mixing bowl in the order the ingredients appear in the recipe. Beat for 3 minutes with a wooden spoon or if you feel like counting, beat 300 times. Spoon the batter into two 20 cm diameter cake tins that have been greased or sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 ºC. Turn the cake layers out onto a wire rack to cool. Decorate as you like.
