  • BASIC DOUGH

    ml
    cake flour
  • 100
    g
    cornflour
  • 100
    g
    castor sugar
  • 1
    ml
    salt
  • 250
    g
    butter
 

Method

Sift the flour and the cornflour into a bowl. Add the castor sugar and salt and rub in the butter to form a soft dough. Shape into biscuits or press into a greased baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. allow to cool before removing from the baking tray. Makes: 25 biscuits Baking time: 20 minutes Oven temperature: 160 ºC
