Ingredients (4)

125.00 g margarine — hard
30.00 g icing sugar
145.00 g flour — sifted
100.00 g nestlé easymelt chocolate — dark

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 175 ºC and grease a baking sheet.
2. Cream margarine, then sift in icing sugar and beat well. Stir in flour.
3. Place mixture in a piping bag with a large star nozzle and pipe shapes on baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until pale golden brown. Leave to cool on a cooling rack.
4. Meanwhile, break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a basin over hot water.
5. When biscuits are cold, dip one end into the melted chocolate and place on the cooling rack with the chocolate end over the edge.
6. Leave the biscuits for about 1 1/2 hours before serving.
