    g
    icing sugar
  • 12
    ml
    tartaric acid
  • 12
    ml
    bicarbonate of soda
  • 24
    cookie cups
  • straws
  • 24
    marshmallows
  • hundreds and thousands
 

Method

 
Sift the icing sugar, tartaric acid and bicarbonate of soda together three times and spoon about 15 ml (1 T) into each cookie cup. Place a straw in each, followed by a marshmallow. Microwave 10 cookie cups at a time on 100 per cent power and sprinkle each with hundreds and thousands while still soft. Leave to set.
