280.00 g icing sugar
12.00 ml Tartaric acid
12.00 ml Bicarbonate of soda
24.00 cookie cups
straws
24.00 marshmallows
coloured sprinkles — 100s and 1000s

Method:

Sift the icing sugar, tartaric acid and bicarbonate of soda together three times and spoon about 15 ml (1 T) into each cookie cup. Place a straw in each, followed by a marshmallow.
Microwave 10 cookie cups at a time on 100 per cent power and sprinkle each with hundreds and thousands while still soft. Leave to set.
