    fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced

    Worcestershire sauce

    chutney

    chopped parsley

    instant mashed potato
 

Method

 
1. Place oil, onion and mushrooms in a large microwave dish. Cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes, until vegetables are soft. Stir halfway through cooking. 2. Add mince to vegetable mixture, stir to combine. Cook on HIGH for 6 to 7 minutes, until meat is browned, stirring twice. Stir in flour and cook for a further minute. 3. Add tomatoes and next 4 ingredients to meat mixture, stir well. Cook on HIGH for 8 to 10 minutes, until mixture thickens, stirring often. Stir in parsley. Transfer to a 33 cm oval microwave baking dish. 4. Make up potato according to packet instructions. Spread over meat mixture, roughen surface with a fork. Cook on HIGH for 8 to 10 minutes, until bubbling, turning dish every 4 minutes.
