Ingredients (4)

POTATO TOPPING
7.00 potatoes — medium, peeled
150.00 ml milk
2.00 ml Baking powder
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Spray an ovenproof dish with non-stick spray or grease well. Prepare the tomato and mince mixture as described and spoon into the dish. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash. Add the milk and baking powder and mix until light and fluffy. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon on top of the mince and bake until lightly browned on top.
Serves 4-6.
