Kebabs Place the meat cubes in a glass, plastic or stainless steel dish and pour over the marinade. Cover and leave in the fridge for 8-12 hours. Thread the meat, tomatoes, onions and mushrooms onto 4 long kebab skewers using 4-5 meat cubes per skewer. Braai over medium coals for 12-16 minutes or until browned and done. Baste frequently with the marinade while cooking. Serve with pilaf or savoury rice.
