Salmon with Wasabi and lime

    x 100g salmon fillets
  • 5
    ml
    Thai green curry paste
  • 5
    ml
    Wasabi paste
  • 30
    ml
    low fat mayonnaise
  • 5
    ml
    ground cumin
  • 30
    ml
    fresh dill, chopped
  • 5
    ml
    five-spice powder (available from selected supermarkets and delis)
  • 30
    ml
    freshly squeezed lime juice
  • salt and milled pepper
  • extra dill for garnish
 

Method

 
Preheat oven to 200 °C.
Place fish on a baking tray.
Mix the remaining ingredients together and set aside until it's needed.
To cook, pour mixture over salmon and roast for 7 to 8 minutes.
Garnish with extra dill.
Serve with Basmati rice and green salad.
