Sesame salmon

Ingredients (7)

125 ml sesame seeds — toasted
600 g salmon — or hake fillets
60 ml hoisin sauce — or ponzu sauce
2 lime — zest and juice
2 vegetables — Asian-style
2 Tbs olive oil — extra virgin or sesame oil
1 noodles — Chinese

Method:

Reserve 1 Tbsp (15ml) sesame seeds and dip fish in remaining seeds.

Mix ponzu and lime juice and peel, reserved sesame seeds and 1½ Tbsp (23ml) olive oil together and set aside.
   
Heat remaining oil in a pan and fry fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side or until just cooked through and still a little pink in the centre.

Remove from heat. Pour dressing over fish. Cook vegetables and noodles according to packet instructions. Serve with fish.

More good ideas: Serve with steamed rice instead of noodles. Roast fish if you prefer.
