Ingredients (11)

45.00 ml oil
3.00 leeks — sliced
5.00 ml fresh ginger — grated
500.00 g pork schnitzels — sliced
8.00 baby corn — halved
10.00 ml sesame seeds — toasted
Sauce:
3.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
80.00 ml honey
40.00 ml sherry — dry
80.00 ml soy sauce — light
20.00 ml cornflour

Method:

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Stir-fry the leeks and ginger for 30 seconds, then add the pork and corn. Stir-fry over high heat for 2-3 minute, until the meat is just cooked. SAUCE: Mix all ingredients together, then add to the meat mixture. Continue to stir for a further minute, until sauce has thickened and coated the meat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
