Sesame and honey pork stir-fry

    thin leeks, sliced

    grated ginger
  • 500

    pork schnitzel, sliced

    baby corns, halved
  • 10

    toasted sesame seeds
  • Sauce:
  • 3
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 80
    ml
    honey
  • 40
    ml
    dry sherry
  • 80
    ml
    light soy sauce
  • 20
    ml
    cornflour
 

Method

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Stir-fry the leeks and ginger for 30 seconds, then add the pork and corn. Stir-fry over high heat for 2-3 minute, until the meat is just cooked. SAUCE: Mix all ingredients together, then add to the meat mixture. Continue to stir for a further minute, until sauce has thickened and coated the meat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately. Serves: 4 Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: ± 6 minutes
