Selection of vegetables

  • young vegetables in season
  • butter
  • freshly ground black pepper


Buy a variety of ready-to-cook young vegetables such as carrots, green beans, cauliflower and broccoli. Boil in a little water until just done, drain and dot with a few knobs of butter. Season with a little freshly ground black pepper. Transfer to a serving dish and serve with chicken and pasta.
