Seared tuna and ginger salad

    cellophane noodles (bean-thread noodles)
  • 30
    ml
    olive oil
  • 400
    g
    tuna, cubed
  • 60
    ml
    pickled ginger
  • 500
    ml
    rocket leaves
  • 45
    ml
    coriander leaves, chopped
  • 45
    ml
    soy sauce
  • 15
    ml
    black sesame seeds
 

Method

3 minutes
 
Put the noodles in a bowl of boiling water and soak according to packet instructions. Drain. Heat olive oil in a pan and quickly sear the tuna cubes. Remove from pan. Toss noddles with ginger, rocket, coriander, soy and sesame seeds. Place on serving plates and top with tuna. Serve with soy sauce.
