Ingredients (9)

250.00 g pasta — tagliatelle
45.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
500.00 g mixed seafood — frozen
1.00 red chilli — deseeded and finely chopped
150.00 ml wine — dry white
500.00 g Roma tomatoes — peeled and chopped
0.00 sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
45.00 ml fresh parsley

Method:

Cook the pasta in rapidly boiling salted water until just soft and drain. Set aside.
Meanwhile heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and chillies until fragrant.
Add the seafood mix and stir-fry rapidly for about 3 to 4 minutes or until the prawns just begin to turn pink.
Add the wine and tomatoes, bring to a rapid boil and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and mix with the pasta.
Serve immediately.
