Seafood spaghetti

    cans smoked mussels
  • 1
    chopped garlic clove
  • 2
    seeded and chopped chillies
  • 1
    can chopped tomatoes
  • few prawns
  • cooked spaghetti
  • chopped parsley



Drain mussels, reserving the oil. Heat the oil in a pan and sauteacute garlic and chillies. Add tomatoes, mussels and a few prawns. Bring to boil and mix lightly with cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
