Seafood spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 350
    g
    spaghetti
  • 150
    ml
    vegetable stock
  • 150
    ml
    white wine
  • 300
    g
    frozen seafood, defrosted
  • 60
    ml
    fresh parsley, roughly chopped
  • 0.50
    lemon, juice
 

Method

Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.
Heat the stock and wine in a saucepan.
Add the seafood and cook for three to five minutes, until heated through.
Be careful not to overcook the seafood, because it will become tough.
Add the chopped parsley, lemon juice and freshly ground black pepper.
Drain the spaghetti, add to the seafood and stir well.
Serve immediately.
