    hard-boiled eggs, sliced

    banana, peeled and sliced
  • 4
    spring onions, sliced
  • 1
    avocado pear, sliced
  • lettuce leaves
  • 1
    carrot, sliced
  • 2
    tomatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 1
    green pepper, sliced
  • DRESSING
  • 1
    clove garlic, crushed
  • 40
    ml
    oil
  • 1
    green chilli, chopped
  • 1
    lemon, juice
 

Method

15 minutes
 
1. Arrange salad ingredients on a serving plate. Mix dressing ingredients together and drizzle over salad. 2. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve.
