    pasta of your choice
  • 250
    g
    fresh fresh button mushrooms
  • oil (optional)
  • 185
    g
    tuna, shredded
  • 105
    g
    smoked mussels
  • 500
    ml
    prepared white sauce
 

Method

 
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile fry the mushrooms in a little heated oil until done. Add the tuna, mussels and white sauce and simmer for about 3 minutes. Serve the sauce with the pasta, together with a green salad and your favourite bread on the side. Serves 4.
